About Darrell Bush
Known for scenic lakeside paintings, Darrell Bushâs images capture the mystique of nature and the wildlife that inhabit it. The Wilderness has always fascinated Darrell Bush and he continues to explore the history and the rich traditions of manâs involvement with nature. Through the sporting lifestyle, this interaction allows him to depict these timeless snapshots. One element that echoes through all of his art is the luminescent presence of light. Light, whether man-made or natural, creates a mood and helps convey the story.
Along with being named among America's 12 most popular artists by four different national art publications, Darrell Bush has won two national stamp competitions for the states of Minnesota and Idaho. He has also done fundraising work for various conservation groups and sold his works to several corporate art collections
