These things are absolutely critical for the cell phone signal booster to work:
The Home Cell Phone Signal Booster will JUST work on band 2,band 5 and 12/17,carriers use several bands throughout the US, but even if there is LTE service in your area, they may not be using the band 2, band 5, band 12 or band 17. So please confirm your phone is receiving the band 2/5/2/17 signal from the nearest signal tower before order.
Note:
1. Confirm your phone is receiving the band 2/5/12/17 signal from the tower before order.
2. Make sure the outdoor yagi antenna aims at the nearest tower and can get 2-3 bars signal. It won't boost the cell signal for your phones if the outdoor antenna is receiving too weak signal or not at all.
3. If your phone can only receive the 2G/3G signal from the tower, it will boost the 2G/3G signal for your phone, it will not boost the 4G LTE for your phone.
4. It will cover up to 3,500 and 4000 sq.ft, if the outdoor signal is weak, it will cover a lot less area inside than stated 3500sq.ft.
